The principle of collecting payment experiences is based on collaborative sharing. Thus, there must be at least 3 payment experiences of less than 12 months available on a company in order to activate the analyses.
The payment indicators that we display are therefore deduced from all the experiences that our partner customers share in our collaborative database.
Our collaborative database contains payment experiences of any amount, which can come from multiple partner customers.
For obvious reasons of confidentiality, we cannot disclose any information about the origin of the payment experiences in order to protect and maintain the anonymity of our partner customers.
The information that we display on our information reports are the results of condensed and mixed analyses that allow us to highlight indicators of payment behaviour.
Every day, both Creditsafe customers and non-customers join our payment experience sharing program. The more data we collect, the more representative the payment behaviour will be.
Invoices paid more than 30 days after the due date" is based on the payment experiences we have collected in our collaborative database and does not reflect all invoices that the company may have paid from other companies that do not share this type of information with Creditsafe.
