It happens but it's easily solved, here's what to do depending on which you need reminding of...

Forgotten your Password?

Go to www.creditsafe.com and click on the 'Login' button in the top menu.

This will take you to the login page where you can click on the 'Forgot your password?' link.  

This link will take you to a 'Retrieve Password' section where you will be asked for your username and email address. 

A temporary password will then be emailed to the email address provided if it is the main email address associated with the account.

Once you have logged in with your temporary password you will have the option to update your password to something more memorable by going to: My Account > Account Security and using the 'Change Password' button to update your password.
