When using the Creditsafe Application, in order to make use of features like Search for reports or Monitoring, you’re required to authenticate with Creditsafe. If on any of the pages or components, you’re presented with the message “Please authenticate in the Settings page”, please follow the steps on How to Authenticate with Creditsafe.
