Les flux lancés à partir d'une URL ou d'une configuration utilisent Lightning runtime au lieu de Classic runtime. Seul Lightning runtime prend en charge les écrans de flux à deux colonnes, les composants d'écran personnalisés et les actions locales. Demandez à votre administrateur Salesforce d'activer la fonctionnalité d'exécution Lightning "Enable Lightning runtime for flows" en allant sur :


 

Setup > Process Automation Settings > Enable Lightning runtime for flows
